Home Care

Care at its best, in the place you call home
Aspire Care is a family-run, nurse-led care provider supporting adults, children and young people to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Whether you need a short daily visit or round-the-clock complex care, every package is planned by our nurses and delivered by a team trained around you.
How we work
Nurse-led from the start. Our registered nurses assess your needs, write your care plan and train your team before care begins.
A team built around you. We don’t send whoever is available. We recruit and train a consistent team for each package, so you see familiar faces.
Reviewed as you go. Needs change, so we keep care plans under regular review with you, your family and the professionals involved in your care.

Our homecare services
Domiciliary Care
Our local carers visit you in the morning, at lunchtime or in the evening to help with daily routines like getting up, washing, dressing, meals and medication prompts, so you can stay comfortable and independent at home.
Complex Care
Specialist, nurse-led support for people with significant health needs, including support with breathing, feeding, epilepsy and continence care. Every carer is trained and signed off as competent in your specific care before they work with you.
Brain & Spinal Injury
Long-term support for people living with acquired brain injury or spinal cord injury. We work alongside case managers, therapists and families to support rehabilitation goals, daily living and getting back out into the community.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Person-centred support for people whose behaviour may challenge, focused on understanding the reasons behind it and reducing distress. Our staff are trained in positive behaviour support and safe, least-restrictive practice.
Children & Young People
Paediatric nurse-led care for children and young people with complex needs, at home, in school and during respite, working closely with families.
Nursing Care
Clinical care at home from registered nurses, including wound care, medication management and ongoing health monitoring.
Palliative Care
Compassionate end-of-life care at home, working alongside GPs, district nurses and hospice teams, with support for families as well as the person receiving care.
Dementia Care
Patient, consistent support that helps people living with dementia stay safe, settled and connected to the routines that matter to them.
Learning Disabilities
Support that builds independence, confidence and everyday skills, shaped around each person’s goals.
Transitional Care
Support through times of change, whether that’s coming home from hospital, moving from children’s to adult services, or settling into a new home.
Personal Care & Support
Help with washing, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene, always delivered with dignity and respect.
Companionship
Time, conversation and company, whether that’s a walk, a trip out or a cup of tea at home.
Case Management Support
We work closely with case managers to deliver and coordinate care packages, providing clear communication and regular reporting.
